Refund Policy

At NDUCE, all products are made-to-order using print-on-demand services. Each item is specially produced after your order is placed, which means we do not keep ready stock.


Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The item received is incorrect

  • There is a manufacturing or printing defect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at nduceofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Minor color differences (due to screen variations)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided

  • Delays caused by courier partners


Refund Process

Once your issue is verified:

  • We will either send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund (if replacement is not possible)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as they are immediately sent for production.

As all items are made on demand, we do not offer refunds for general returns or exchanges.
